The Meeting Hall has a stage large enough for a 5 or 6 member band.
Sodas, beer, wine and water must be purchased from the Canteen. 

Catering is allowed.

Only Hard Liquor can be brought into the venue hall.

Hall Rental Rates:  $950.00 per day, 10:00 a.m. to closing.

Damage Deposit:  $300.00 Refundable within 7 days after the event.

Security:  $45.00 per hour for each Security Officer needed. (3 hour minimum).
One (1) Security Officer needed per each 100 guests.  Maximum (2) Security Officers.
Security fees are paid in cash directly to the Travis County Deputy(ies) on the night of the EVENT.
Security is required from the arrival of the 1st guest till the Hall is vacated.
